Comedy drama from award-winning comedian Josie Long about a young woman trying to build a new, more fulfilling life for herself in Glasgow - the Indie Band Theme Park, where Josie will finally be happy and accepted. The follow up to Let's Go Swimming, this time Josie has a pal.
Our two shorts (Let's Go Swimming is the first one https://vimeo.com/51341870) have been made into a Radio 4 series http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b074zw4l
Romance & Adventure was crowdfunded for £10,000 from a now defunct crowdfunding site called Sponsume. The money was primarily used to pay our crew, many of which worked for free on our first film, Let's Go Swimming. They deserved it as the 6 day shoot had a few very long days!
Screened at festivals around the world, they've been on a 25 date UK cinema tour too, which was seen by over 1,700 people.
